2010 Registration:Choices: 1. Online registration requires three steps: Step one: Complete online registration - Summer Youth Camp or Complete online registration for Couples Retreat, Men's Work Retreat, Adult registration for Urban Plunge Step two: Print the Online release form. (This is required for all campers.) Send it with check or if paying online, with the camper at the start of the camp week. Step three: Either Mail a check or Pay online. OR 2. Print and complete a paper registration and mail Print registration and release form. You may mail a check or Pay online. If paying online, please note when you paid on your registration. This will assist us in matching your payment with the registration. Campers may pre-order camp t-shirts for $10.00. (shirts will be $15.00 if purchased at camp) Campers who pre-register for two camps before May 15th, will get an additional $5.00 Rebate when they arrive for their first camp. Final cost of t-shirt $5.00. Please send both registrations at the same time. Printable Registration Form with Release form
