2012 Registration:Choices: 1. Online registration requires three steps: Step one: Complete the online registration for - Youth and Specialty Camps Complete online registration for - Adult and family activities Including - CBMI work week, Family Camp, Couples Retreat, Men's work retreat Step two: Print the Online release form. (For Youth campers this is required.) Send it with check or if paying online, with the camper at the start of the camp week. Step three: Either Mail a check or Pay online. OR 2. Print and complete a paper registration w/release form and mail You may mail a check or Pay online. If paying online, please note when you paid on your registration. This will assist us in matching your payment with the registration. Campers may pre-order camp t-shirts for $10.00.
