Why do some buttons say Donate and some Add To Cart?    The button names are set by Paypal and limit options for that payment button.  Ex:  You cannot add a text/comment box to a Donate button.  All items are donations.  The buttons that gave the most appropriate options were used.  Thank you for your understanding.
