Staff Summer Staff Support | Summer Camp Staff Although some summer staff receive nominal pay, they are all really volunteers. Most could find employment that would pay better than camp, but they choose to invest part or most of their summer into the lives of youth. Once an individual is completed the application process and been accepted at camp, they are encouraged to raise support. For the positions with a nominal base pay, this augments that pay to be more in line with what they could make through normal employment. For those positions that are entirely volunteer, this support is the sole income that these individuals will receive. Camp Witness seeks to assist in this effort to raise support. By donating below, you make this possible and participate in the ministry of camp. 100% of the funds donated are paid directly to the summer camp staff. All overhead is absorbed by the camp to allow the gift to benefit the recipient. Support raise in excess of the goal set for each staff member may be used to offset other staff costs. Each staff member works with the Director to set an appropriate goal. Please use the drop down items below to make your donation. If you are donating to a specific individual, please enter there name in the indicated space. You can also use the middle drop down to donate to a specific group. When donating to a group or all staff, the funds will be allocated equally across all positions and divided across the entire summer.
